Roller Grinding Mill

For producing 100-400mesh powder, the roller grinding mill is an ideal solution featuring low investment, higher output, easy operation, longer working life, and compact factory footprint. The mill can produce 80mesh, 100mesh, 200mesh, 325mesh, and 400mesh powders with a production capacity ranging from 2T/H to 50T/H.

The crushed stone is transported by elevator into the hopper, then conveyed to the grinding house via belt conveyor or vibrating feeder. The roller assembly, driven by the reducer, rotates to grind the material between rollers and rings through centrifugal force. Ground powder of required fineness rises through the classifier with high-pressure blower assistance, while coarse particles fall back for regrinding. Qualified powder is collected in the cyclone or pulse jet collector.
